Reserve Online, Pick Up In Store is a unique NAPAOnline® benefit that lets customers reserve their items using NAPAOnline® and have them waiting for them at their NAPA AUTO PARTS store when they arrive.
It saves time and hassle because your items will be waiting when you arrive at the store.
You have two options if the item you are looking for is out-of-stock or unavailable. First, you can have it shipped to your store from a NAPA AUTO PARTS Distribution Center. In most cases, it will arrive at your store within 48 hours. Call your local store for details. Secondly, you can select another store as “your store” and search for the item again. The search results will be populated with information from the new store.
Most NAPAOnline® shipments arrive in 2–5 business days after UPS picks them up from our distribution centers. Orders placed before 3pm EST Monday through Friday (except US holidays) are processed that day and orders placed after 3pm EST will be processed the next day. If you need an item faster, try your local NAPA AUTO PARTS Store.
NAPAOnline® will ship partial orders in order to provide you with the items you need as soon as possible, but will not charge you for any additional shipping.
NAPAOnline® charges a flat rate of $7.95 ($14.95 for APO) for shipping and ships all orders via UPS Guaranteed Ground Service.

NAPAOnline® ships only to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.
NAPAOnline® will ship orders to Foreign Post Office Boxes via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders shipped via USPS cannot be tracked. FPO packages take anywhere from 7-21 days for delivery.
Track your order using our online order tracking service, which allows you to estimate when your shipment will arrive. Simply go to the Order History page of your NAPA Account section and select the order you'd like to track. You'll receive detailed information about your package, including pick-up time, when your package was scanned into a UPS distribution center and, after it arrives, who signed for the package.
You can begin tracking your shipment using your NAPAOnline® order number once your package has been shipped from one of our Distribution Centers.
Some parts and materials cannot be shipped because they contain hazardous materials. These items include: transmission fluid, brake fluid, batteries (which contain battery acid), most paints and other potentially dangerous items.
You can purchase these items at your local NAPA AUTO PARTS store. Add these items to your in reserve cart and consult your local NAPA AUTO PARTS store for availability. Please note that in certain markets, retail prices may vary from those found at NAPAOnline®.
