Welcome to the NAPA KNOW HOW Community Forum. We created this so you, our users
and customers, can connect with each other and exchange ideas, tips, information
and techniques related to our products and services. In order to ensure you have
the best experience possible, we’ve created a set of guidelines. By participating
in the Community Forum, you agree to these guidelines as well as to the Terms of
Use for NAPA Online.

but personal attacks, harassment and offensive material will not be tolerated via
posts, replies, private-messages or by any other means.

isn’t relevant to the automotive industry or NAPA’s products and services.

Do not post any illegal or copyrighted material or any material that you do not
own the rights to. In addition, please do not post any content that may be harmful

advice and have set a positive example and tone for the Community Forum. Opinions
and advice provided by members are their own, and we are not responsible for the

Employees of Genuine Parts Company / NAPA AUTO PARTS or companies that do business
with NAPA may only participate in the Community Forum in a personal capacity and
not as representatives of NAPA or their respective employers. Employees are subject
to the GPC Code of Business Conduct and all other NAPA AUTO PARTS policies governing
their use of online media.
Generally, we do not edit or monitor content posted by participants in the Community
