High quality, durable construction. Fitment however, was not bolt-on. After troubles cleaning out weldnuts and removing rusty hardware (unrelated to product), I found that the drilled holes do not match up with the factory weld nuts. If I hadn't tried to drill out the holes to make them bigger, I would probably have returned it. Even after drilling out the holes, I was only able to get three of the four bolts on. Props to curt for the construction and durability, as the steel was extremely hard to drill through and required a metal fabrication drill bit to even make some progress. I have it on now and will likely pay someone to weld it directly to the frame, as I don't trust the weld nuts. Besides the fitment issues, an excellent product, just be prepared to return the item or expand the existing holes if you get a defect like I did.

Very poor quality, would not fit, had to have it bent out so all bolts would fit at my expense, avoid this product!!!

Well, once you manage to get it installed it functions as intended. The problem is the mounting holes do not line up properly. I don't know what kind of jig is used during manufacture, but the company really needs to take a close look at this issue. The mounting holes were about 1/2 a bolt width off (inside) on one end with the other end attached. I was lucky enough to have a high-lift off-road jack that I used to spread (and bend) the mounting flanges apart the required distance. Then needed several heavy duty clamps to get it lined up while bolting it in place. I've read that some customers took the "grinding the holes larger" approach but I didn't want to take any metal off so I just bent it into the proper shape. This necessity is ridiculous and you should consider a different supplier for these hitches. Total install time was "many hours" on and off over two days with some obscure tools I just happened to have on hand and a lot of frustration.

You need to grind bolt holes. Where steel is bent it interferes with where bolts line up. Very good product.
