We use United Parcel Service (UPS) as our primary shipping service. We ship to all states in the United States. For more details about our shipping policies and procedures, follow the links below:

Delivery Time

Standard ground shipping typically arrives in 2–5 business days. Orders placed before 3 p.m. ET Monday through Friday (except U.S. holidays) are processed that day; orders placed after 3 p.m. ET will be processed the next business day. NAPA will ship partial orders in order to provide you with the items you need as soon as possible.

Where We Ship

NAPA ships to all U.S. states, but not to U.S. territories. NAPA will ship orders to APO addresses via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders shipped via USPS cannot be tracked. APO packages may require extended delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

If your order is shipped via UPS, you will receive a tracking number via email once your package has shipped. You'll receive detailed information about your package, including when your package was scanned into a UPS distribution center.

Hazardous Materials

Some parts and products cannot be shipped because they contain hazardous or regulated materials. These items may include transmission fluid, brake fluid, batteries (those that contain battery acid), and most paints.

Add these items to your NAPAonline Shopping Cart, and select Store Pickup. Or, you may be able to purchase these items at your local NAPA Auto Parts store. Please note that in certain markets, retail store prices may vary from those found at NAPAonline.
