NAPAonline offers Free One-Day Shipping for 160,000+ products in most markets, when you spend $35 or more on one order. Free shipping is limited to in-stock items, and does not apply to special order items. Some exclusions apply. Taxes and cores excluded from order price minimum.
Specific markets may only offer two-day shipping. Delivery location must be within the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and other locations outside of the contiguous U.S. do not qualify for free shipping, and will be charged shipping and handling. Shipping charges will be specifically displayed at checkout.
NAPA offers Buy Online, Pick Up In Store on items purchased using a credit card, AfterPay or PayPal on NAPAonline. You will receive a “Ready for Pick Up” email when your order is ready.Don’t forget to bring a valid government-issued photo ID to the store.
Participating NAPA Auto Parts stores might offer a Reserve Parts Online program, where you can reserve items on NAPAonline without prepaying. Choose the “+ More Options” box under Payment Details in the Shopping Cart. Most orders will be ready for pick up within two hours of the time the order was placed online. Specific items may take slightly longer due to inventory and/or availability. Be aware that in certain markets, retail store prices may vary from those found at NAPAonline.
NAPA now offers Same-Day Delivery to serve you better. NAPAonline orders for in-stock items, placed at least two hours before the local store’s typical closing time, can be personally delivered by a NAPA employee on the same day. Orders placed less than two hours before store closing will be delivered the next day. Also, items that need to be transferred from a NAPA Distribution Center will be delivered the next day.
Same-Day Delivery is only available in certain markets, and exclusive to participating NAPA Auto Parts stores. This exclusive delivery option will appear in the Shopping Cart during the checkout process if your delivery address is within 5 miles of a participating NAPA Auto Parts store. Remember, you must pay for the order on NAPAonline with a credit card, AfterPay or PayPal.
Standard ground shipping typically arrives in 2–5 business days. Orders placed before 3 p.m. ET Monday through Friday (except U.S. holidays) are processed that day; orders placed after 3 p.m. ET will be processed the next business day. NAPA will ship partial orders to delivery items as soon as possible. Note: Some orders may be unexpectedly delayed due to supply chain interruptions. NAPA reserves the right to modify shipping policies at any time.
NAPA ships to all U.S. states, but not to U.S. territories. NAPA will ship orders to APO addresses via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders shipped via USPS cannot be tracked. APO packages may require extended delivery times.
If your NAPAonline order is shipped via UPS, you will receive a tracking number via email once your package has shipped. Use our Track Order feature for the most up-to-date information, including when your package was scanned into a UPS distribution center
