Easy installation, but takes a bit in order to get the wiring right. Overall, the steps worked as designed. Wasn’t my first purchase from NAPA, bought steps for my first truck years ago so I knew I could trust NAPA and its merch.

Installation was easy and straightforward using the instructions, though you may need to get some extra drill bits because one isn't the most common size. The most difficult part was getting a wire through the firewall grommet, which took me over an hour in my vehicle.

So far these steps have worked out really well. They look good and perform as advertised. Time will tell how well they hold up. The good thing is replacement parts are available if needed, so if something wears out, you shouldn't need to scrap the boards entirely, like so many other products these days. The installation was not really difficult overall- the wiring portion took the most time by far for me. I would definitely recommend these for light/medium duty boards.

Step was damaged during shipping...had three small dents in one step. Directions for running wires inside frame rails would have helped.
