Q: How to place an order?
A: Orders can be placed at any time through our secure shopping cart, or over the phone during our hours of operation. (9AM - 11PM (ET) Sunday - Friday, 9AM - 9PM (ET) Saturday.)
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment through PayPal and Amazon Pay.
Q: How will you ship my order?
A: We provide Ground Shipping for US orders only, including AK and HI.
Q: What do you charge for shipping & handling?
A: Most orders ship for free. However, depending on an item's weight and/or freight charges, occasional handling fees may be applied. Additionally, orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and other locations outside of the contiguous US will be charged shipping and handling. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Accessories that are in stock generally ship within one to three days. We ask you allow up to eleven days for delivery. Shipping may take two to three weeks on custom and made-to-order accessories.

Price Match Guarantee
At NAPAOnline.com/accessories, we guarantee the lowest price. If you see a better deal anywhere else, up to a year after you've placed your order, we'll beat it by a dollar.

After You Order:
If you've already placed your order and then see a lower price advertised elsewhere, call us at 855-392-5646. We can email you a Price Match Claim Form. After our review, if your claim is deemed eligible, we will refund you the different, plus one dollar.
