The cover looks great. You need a second person to help you with the rails, just to make it easier, but I eventually did it by myself, but a third hand would have been nice. I wasn't a fan of the instructions or pictures on them, but I worked my way through. Overall, the install wasn't bad. Do drilling required, which was important for me. I like the sleek look and the security of the cover.

I researched for days and this was the highest rated cover. I’m glad I took my time to shop because I agree that this is the best. It was easy to install and everything lines up perfectly. I like the fact that this flips all the way up so I can use my entire truck bed without uninstalling my cover.

This was the second one I ordered for a 2026 Ford Ranger that was not right, this time I spoke with customer service who checked further and found out Bak Flip does not have one for my truck yet. I am disappointed NAPA was showing models available. Looks like my time is not worth anything. Time to look elsewhere.

First, I like the product. It’s my second one. I had one on my previous F150. Installation was pretty straightforward. There were videos, but no written instructions, which I didn’t like. My MX4 came with a few extra parts that I didn’t recognize. There were no mention in the videos. I decided to email the manufacturer, RealTruck. I described the pieces and awaited an answer. My answer from the multinational corporation that sells a consumer product over $1000: “contact Napa where you bought it.” I was shocked. There was no attempt to try to answer the question. One simple sentence. For that reason, I cannot recommend the product. Choose another product that Napa sells with better customer service. I’m still shocked and disappointed in RealTruck. Napa was great. Shipped fairly quickly and it was in good shape when it arrived. Napa: recommended. RealTruck: not so much

It leaks more than I expected and I had to buy more 3M tape to hopefully seal it. I’m not talking about a few drops or drips , I had a whole puddle. It was raining hard for a week so kind of extreme but for the money I would rather it not leak. Also the rubber pieces on the outside on top of the cover for it to sit on is not all secure. Water got under on and it came off. This is why I took off a star

First, it took over 4 hours to install. The cover was not latching correctly and the width between the rails was too narrow. I contacted BAK Industries, and they said the seal on the rail was placed incorrectly. I moved the seal to the side (it was attached to the top at the factory) and reattached the rails. As expected, it did not provide any additional width and the cover will still not shut correctly. I am still working with BAK to figure out how to increase the width between the rails so the cover will shut. This has been a major inconvenience, and I would not recommend this cover for a 2025 Honda Ridgline.
