Very good Arrived promptly. One of the images is inaccurate, it shows a reduced neck, 1 1/4". Please change to show a 2".

The adapter description is wrong. It states it is a 1 1/4 to 2” adapter, and it is not. It extends 1 1/4”, so this product is not what it is described. Wasted a lover a week waiting for something that didn’t work. I was not able to install.

I bought this Curt 45808 Drop/Rise adapter to lower the attachment point from my motorhome's factory receiver for the proper height for a tow bar to be used on a Ford Edge. I have not used it for towing yet, but the product is clearly of good quality, it has a nice finish and it fits snugly into my motorhome receiver. The tow bar connector also fits snugly into the receiver end of the Curt. A snug fit is needed to avoid excess wear and to minimize jerking and popping of the towing equipment during braking, turns and on rough roads. I have been using Curt products since I first towed a small sailboat trailer decades ago. I can always count on Curt for a sturdy, reliable and safe towing experience.
