Good product, looks nice & love it. There's 2 reasons I give it 4 stars instead of 5. First, because the mounting piece that seals against the toolbox sits above the bed rail, I can't get the front panel to sit flush against the bed rail. Second, the locking handles on the rear panel are chinsey and have weak springs. You can pray your fingers between it and the tailgate and lift enough to see what's in the bed with a flashlight. I had this same cover on my last truck and the handles were much heavier duty, they should go back to those.
