Depending on the application, the manifold can gain approximately 2 to 3.5 inches of hood space. It changes the factory throttle-body position by 55 degrees and uses a larger 92mm inlet to aid intake-tube routing. The cast-aluminum, long-runner configuration is designed for responsive street operation while supporting higher-rpm horsepower and torque. Its construction is also suitable for turbocharged and supercharged combinations. Compatible throttle-body options include certain cable-operated and electronic units, including OE 7.3L and 2020–2023 GT500 throttle bodies when the appropriate adapter is used.

A detachable lower section allows for added port work or nitrous-system provisions. Rear-mounted 1/8-, 1/4-, and 3/8-inch NPT vacuum connections provide additional plumbing options. Included items consist of a throttle-body gasket, manifold mounting hardware and O-rings, heater-delete components, and plugs for unused vacuum ports.
