Power gains appear most noticeable in the 3200-3800rpm range according to the dyni charts. In general driving I shift around 3,000 to limit fuel consumption. So I don’t think I’m really noticing the benefit diwn there. But when I wind it out a bit more, I feel like it may be slightly improved. Sound is still mild in lower rpm’s, but is a bit louder when revv d beyond 4,000 I was impressed with how smooth the tube is inside.

Awesome part to install on my 2014 dodge challanger SXT. I needed to watch multiple YouTube videos for instilation. Only problem is the hood slightly hits the cold air intake when you close the hood.

The clamps didn’t fit, it didn’t come with all the hardware to mount it properly I had to fabricate one of mounts to work. I’m not the most please with this one and I’ve bought several for different vehicles in the past. It just seems like this was cheaply thrown together and they didn’t care. This isn’t NAPA’s fault but k&n

Easy to install. The longest part was removing the sound tube. I honestly cannot tell any gains, an average butt dyno cannot tell + 5 or so hp but it does seem to accelerate a bit smoother.

Installed this FIPK intake for my 2016 Focus. Install was very simple: just remove the old airbox lid, remove old filter, install K&N filter and install new K&N airbox lid. I did take the cap off the end of the new filter also. It makes a nice low growl when starting off from a stop. It looks and sounds great!

The fit is not the greatest it rubs the radiator fan shroud and I had to really work to get it to not rub on the heat shield. Took it for a good test drive twice and no better fuel economy but does sound nice.

Have gotten 3 previous modular intakes and do they help with air flow. Does away with the air disruption to motor.

I have been running the cold air intake on my 2015 bmw 328i the screws screw into plastic and have continued to pop out on me. I have had to put nuts on the bolts that connect the filter to the housing. They continue to strip off through the plastic causing air leaks.
