East to fold one person can do it without having to go to both sides to release for release clamps. Water tight and great looking. Definitely looked better than the canvas covers

On a positive note the tonneau cover looks GREAT. it has a sleek look to it. We’ve only had a small drizzle so I can’t attest to its full potential to keep out the weather. The rail mounts are good and strong for the ones that are able to be attached. But that’s where the good points stop. I asked before ordering if this was the correct tonneau cover for a 2023 GMC 2500 HD Crewcab. I was assured that the part number was the one specified for my truck. However I feel the cover is made just a little short for my truck bed. When first mounted the cover was about an inch from covering the tailgate and left a gap there. I had to cheat on the front end and slide the cover back to cover that gap. This left the cover barely covering the front end and rear end of the bed. So I believe it’s going to leak at both ends. The worst part other than customer service is where the cover is suppose to be attached to the bed at the front end. The 2 clamps that are suppose to hold the topper to the bed rail are not attached. GMC when making this bed decided to curve the bed inward at the 2 front corners thus leaving no way for the clamps to grip the bed. These 2 clamps are very critical to holding the topper in place especially in the folded up position. It appears LEER did not take this into consideration when designing this tonneau cover.

The cover looks awesome. Quality is on the higher end, but could be better too (though that would likely cost more). An important thing to note is that the cover came with no installation instructions to speak of. All it really had was a parts list. I am mechanically minded and had watched several YouTube videos on the cover before purchasing, so I didn't have a problem installing it. If you are not good mechanically, consider purchasing the cover somewhere that will install it for you.

I did a lot of research and went with the Leer HF650M based on the unlatching with two fingers and using one hand to open compared to similar options needing to pull down on a cord and lift with the opposite hand. The cover looks great. Functions properly. Kept water out after the first rain and snow events. Install instructions are weak, so YouTube is a great resource for installation steps. Overall a great cover so far and very happy with my choice.

I would rate Napa 5+ stars as the supplier of this product. The install instructions from Leer were useless and vague. No mention of what to do with the supplied foam insulation. Photos of the cleats to hold Leer rail to existing Toyota bed rail were indecipherable. Fortunately, I found directions on YouTube or I would have been forced to send it back. Considering it is a >$1000 item I expect more from the manufacturer.
