The running boards arrived with a few dents and scuffs to the polished stainless steel. Not NAPA Auto fault. Luverne did a horribly bad job packaging the boards for shipping. There is no way to get this product without some damage as poorly packed as it was; simply the cardboard box. Though installing the rear most support bracket on both sides is more difficult than one might expect, the result (if you can perseverance) is worth it. I was torn and installed the boards defect and all due to a family trip that involved one with a handicap and the boards were much needed. Would be a 5 Star experience if not for the shipping damage. NAPA gave a modest discount for their part to help make things right. Once again the boards are shipped directly from Luverne.
