The unit came with a scratch on the driver side headlight area that did not happen in shipping it was covered up really good, so some spray paint fixed that. The hard part was removing the parking sensors without breaking. I did it with the help of a strap and engine hoist took me 4 hours + 1 hour for the sensor relocation kit. It all works good. I got it for protection against deer, not for truck jewelry I hope to never need it. The directions did suck but it's not rocket science.

NAPA customer service online is awesome and very polite and customer-driven (I can't say the same about the local NAPA retail store I called). Product is great, looks great but the instructions need more explanation. We ended up paying the body shop that did his front-end repair work last summer, $100 to install it. This was a May 6 birthday gift and it is WELL WORTH IT, it looks fantastic. thank you, job well done, One Happy Customer here!
