The system was pretty easy to install. It didn’t just drop in like OEM but it is also quite a bit bigger. The sound of the turbos is more pronounced. Performance increase is noticeable across the power curve, most notably low and mid range.

​I installed this S&B Cold Air Intake on my 2009 Ford F-150 4x4 on the 25th. After a week of driving, the truck is running great and the performance is smooth, but the installation process was frustrating due to poor fitment. The S&B intake tube was significantly longer than my original OEM part, requiring a lot of maneuvering to align. More importantly, the tube was missing a port for a necessary vacuum hose that my factory intake had, so I had to make my own adjustments to get it connected. The airbox is also much bulkier than the original and really needs a latch or a better mounting system to feel snug. ​I scanned the QR code for the install video, but it didn't account for these size and port differences. It’s a solid system once it's in, but be prepared to do some custom modifications if you’re putting this on a 2009 model.

It looks beautiful, but for almost 400$, the the thing fits together like an atheist at church. The form molding is so out of wack 80% of the 6 screw it came with cant go into the designated holes. It looks like it could be nice but is made with no care or concern for anything more than cheap output for expensive input. Wouldn't recommend at the cost.

I'm very happy with the S&B intake. I like it better than the K&N intakes I've bought in the past. This product is built better. Love the performance enhancement it adds to my Ram 2500. Looks great also, the window is a great addition as well!

I have a 2025 GMC Sierra Denali Ultimate with a 6.2 and previously always ran K&N series 77 on my previous trucks, K&Ns most aggressive. With that said S&B really surprised me with how aggressive it is. You can definitely feel the difference in throttle response and sound. I also installed an afe throttle body spacer and Borla Atak exhaust, it sounds amazing. No check engine lights and easy install!
