The Skyjacker Rock Ready Dual Load Ball Joint Kit helps you avoid the sickening 'clunk' of a bad ball joint. It protects your ball joint with a tapered roller bearing that's built to work with both axial and radial loads. The internally-mounted Polyurethane wipe seal prevents tearing, contamination, and friction between the knuckle and joint surface. The unique HEXAD Grease System protects your Jeep's lower ball joint using a pattern of six grooves that continually redistribute and spread grease at every turn.
With this kit installed, your lower ball joint can support your entire weight and road force, while the upper joint serves as a pivot that helps direct lateral movement. The inexpensive plastic OE bearings are replaced with 32mm powdered metal bearings, which boost your load-carrying ability.
