These seem to be a much thinner material than what I have used previously. The front mats fit fairly well, but were a little narrow leaving a gap near the door at just the right height to collect material off the bottom of shoes. The 2nd and 3rd row fit OK but again seemed a lot thinner than the last set purchased. The cargo matt refuses to flatten out. The raised edge at the front was bent down when rolled up to ship and has not yet straightened up.

The floor and cargo liners were out of shape when first delivered. I was going to return them at first, but after putting them in a warm room and even used a hairdryer on them, I installed them and they fit the space perfectly.

These liners simply do not fit and are a terrible quality. Cheap plastic! The return process was miserable with customer service not believing they do not fit with their chat system not able to receive photos of wrongly fitted liners. Save yourself the money and hassle- just buy WeatherTechs directly.

When ordering online, the site showed that the liners I ordered would fit my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 QUAD cab. However, when installing, only the FRONT driver and passenger liners fit. The one-piece REAR liner did not fit. I believe the rear liner was designed to fit a "FULL" sized rear cab...not a "QUAD" cab rear, which is manufactured with a smaller rear sitting/foot area. Of note, I did call customer service, emailed them a few pictures of the liner showing that it did not fit properly, and was provided a "free" return shipping label along with a prompt $$ reimbursement for the "rear" liner". I kept the front liners since they fit. GREAT customer service!!

Everything was a perfect fit. The cargo liner came rolled up, so I flattened it out and put it out in the sun (all pieces were wrapped in plastic) under a weight for about a half hour. It was an exact fit. The floor mats also were a perfect fit. The material is flexible and appears to be very durable. So far so good.
