This is my second Undercover Hard Tonneau Cover. I placed this order on 12/1/25 and received it on 12/22/25. The shipper delivered it and left it leaning against my garage, not notifying me it had been delivered until I received a email. When I went out I found the box extremely damaged. Had I been there when delivered I would not have accepted the delivery. I took pictures and notified NAPA. The cover was not damaged but the mounting hardware was missing. Long story short…NAPA was EXTREMELY HELPFUL in resolving the issue. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Overall the bed cover was easy to install. I felt the instructions could have been much clearer, and, if so, the installation could've easily been completed in around 30 minutes. One of the J-Clips that hold the supporting rods was broken upon delivery so I called Undercover customer service and they said they would get me a replacement sent out immediately.
