I have had my Undercover Triad for 2-3 weeks. It was not difficult to install. One of the foam parts was gone, and one was loose. I pushed down on the loose one and it sticks well. I had some foam from another tonneau, so used that to replace the missing piece. T ahe panels are strong. I can stand on them without fear they will collapse under me. The handle tie downs in the back are a bit sticky and I have to finagle them into place, but I think they will hold well. I have been hoping for a good rain to see how much water gets in. It is leaking a little bit, so I should take it to a car wash to see how much comes in. The three panels do not fit real tight. You can pull and push them together, so that may be where the slight leak is coming from. I am also waiting for a heavy snow to see if there are any leaks when that melts. Otherwise it appears to be a nice strong cover. It looks good on my Maverick and is doing the job. I have a soft tonneau I can switch with if I wish, but I like the hard cover better. This is suppose to handle up to 600 lbs, but I do not think I will put that much weight on it. So far I would say you will be satisfied. I do not have another brand to compare it to, but it is doing the job.

I’ve purchased from your site a Trident soft tonneau, nerf bars and floor liners for my 2023 Frontier and were completely satisfied with them. I purchased the Triad hard cover tonneau as I will be parking my truck in an unsecured lot for a week or so and wanted the added security. The Triad hard cover tonneau was missing a critical bushing which was shipped regular mail taking 4 days to arrive. 2 pieces of weather stripping came off and were loose in the box. Whatever was used to seal the panels to the frame is crumbling and looks really poor aesthetically. I had no leaks at all with the soft top - the Triad hard cover tonneau leaks considerably on the right side. The fit, the hardware (that I did receive) were all excellent and it seems to be a substantial cover. What is severely lacking is any quality control.
