Updates from NAPA
April 9, 2020
As these uncertain times continue, we're reminded that what keeps this country moving forward isn't just parts and tools, it’s people. At NAPA, our people are proud to be an essential part of the effort in your community. With that of course comes great responsibility, and to ensure that our employees and customers are safe while we keep essential products and personnel on the road we have implemented the following initiatives. If you have questions or needs from NAPA, please call your local store and we will do our best to address them and continue to serve you as best and safely as we can.
- Offering curbside pickup at participating locations
- Implementing increased cleaning protocols
- Creating barriers where possible to allow for social distancing
- Limiting number of customers in store at any given time
- Eliminating the need for invoice signatures

A Message to our Valued Customers
As we monitor the developments of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the health and safety of our employees and customers remain our top priority. As a trusted business partner, NAPA wants to assure you that we are staying close to this situation and are taking proactive steps to enhance our safety standards as we continue to provide you with the parts, supplies and service you need during this time.
NAPA is currently open and maintaining normal operations. Store personnel are taking precautionary measures to ensure the cleanliness of each NAPA AUTO PARTS store and we are providing all our employees with the latest information and training available to properly address potential coronavirus issues. As an organization, we have activated our business continuity plan, which includes monitoring and following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as state officials and other local and national health organizations.
From our first store in Atlanta 92 years ago to the nearly 6000 stores across the United States today, the safety and well-being of our customers and teammates is the top priority at NAPA AUTO PARTS. With this in mind, we also remain focused on the continued effectiveness of our supply chain to ensure our stores are fully stocked with daily service from our distribution centers.
Our thoughts go out to all who have been affected during the unprecedented event. We truly appreciate the first responders, government officials, and all our health care professionals who are working tirelessly in their communities.
We look forward to serving you, and trust that everyone stays safe during these uncertain times.
