Every Adaptive One Brake Caliper is Remanufactured Under the Highest Quality Standards to Meet or Exceed the Specifications Required by the Original Design & Tested During the Assembly Process for Leaks, Free Moving Pistons & Smooth Bracket Sliding.


  • These remanufactured brake calipers offer everything needed for installation: banjo bolts with new copper crush washers, cable mounting brackets, levers, springs, scrape sensors and pre-lubed components with high-temperature synthetic grease (where applicable).
  • E-COATING : Adaptive One’s electrodeposition coating ensures complete protection for both cast iron and aluminum calipers and their critical surfaces
  • SLIDES : Slider pins come pre-greased, ensuring proper caliper movement and brake system stability
  • FRICTION READY : Indicates that the caliper has all the hardware and components except the brake pads
  • MOUNTING BRACKET : All calipers come with the mounting bracket 100% of the time where O.E. designed
  • MOUNTING BRACKET THREADS : Chased and inspected

  • PIN BOOTS : New pin boots reduce the chance that moisture and contaminates will cause corrosion, which can affect caliper guide bolts and slide pins
  • RUBBER COMPONENTS : All rubber components are 100% replaced, ensuring brakes perform at an optimum level
  • BRAKE INLET : Banjo bolts and copper crush washers provided (where applicable) to ensure proper seat on the brake inlet and caliper housing
