New Cylinder Heads are complete rebuild & include new valve stem seals, soft plugs & verified camshafts. All threads are checked and repaired if necessary. Cylinder Heads are packaged in heavy plastic to protect the unit.


  • All cylinder heads are packaged in environmentally safe and recyclable containers that are the perfect size for returning your original core
  • All threads and machined surfaces are repaired with technology that exceeds the original metal
  • Non-sealing iron surfaces painted to prevent oxidization
  • NAPA Ironclad No Fault Warranty Program (NFWP) Included, no additional cost. NFWP Benefits for product installed by a licensed repair facility. NAPA Ironclad products will have a one time coverage, parts & labor, on a non-manufacturing failure claim.
  • NFWP Action must be authorized prior to any repair or replace. Credit will be issued to servicing DC. Labor payments paid up to $50/hour according to Mitchell Labor Guide. DIY or Non-Licensed Repair Facilities are not eligible for labor payment.
  • All cylinder heads are both vacuum and pressure tested to verify valve seating, & integrity of water passages.
