This engine is remanufactured using the most technically advanced methods - incorporating both CNC machining & DC torque equipment. All components are inspected to assure viability, then verified by Quality Control Personnel.


    • All sub-assemblies & components are both pressure & vacuum tested prior to being installed. Once assembled, state of the art computer controlled pressure testing is performed as a final verification of casting integrity.
    • Sim tested for compression, leaks, noises & oil pressure.
    • Engines come with installation gasket set and oil pump unless noted otherwise. if we have important installation information it will be included on tags or in the paperwork packaged with your engine.
    • Engines are securely packaged in a recyclable container that will also protect your core on the return trip. our nationwide warehouse network means speedy delivery.
    • Every engine that we re manufacture is reverse engineered to ensure that any original factory defects are removed.
    • NAPA Ironclad No Fault Warranty Program (NFWP) Included, no additional cost. NFWP Benefits for product installed by a licensed repair facility. NAPA Ironclad products will have a one time coverage, parts & labor, on a non-manufacturing failure claim.
    • NFWP Action must be authorized prior to any repair or replace. Credit will be issued to servicing DC. Labor payments paid up to $50/hour according to Mitchell Labor Guide. DIY or Non-Licensed Repair Facilities are not eligible for labor payment.
