SAE Steel grease fittings & assortments packed to a metal box


  • Grease fittings with working pressure upto 6,000 PSI (413 Bar).

    IATF 16949 approved manufacturing.

    Heat treated to SAE J534 specification with hardness on greasing end to a minimum of 83 on Rockwell 15N scale

    Fittings with ball check use heat treated springs for increased life

    Fittings are plated zinc with a plating thickness of 0.0002" (5 microns) conforming to SAE J534 specification & have a guaranteed salt spray life of over 72 hours to red rust

    Fitting profile & dimensions are accurately controlled & conform to SAE standard
  • Easy Out Tools for
    • Removing worn and broken grease fittings
    • Re-tapping holes for installing new grease fittings

    Works both with straight & angled fittings

    Opens fittings with Hex size: 5/16" & 3/8"
    Tap Rethreads: 1/4" - 28

    Easy Out Tool (Large)
    Opens fittings with Hex size: 3/8" & 7/16" (11 mm)
    Tap Rethreads: 1/8" - 27
  • Plastic caps for grease fittings are an easy way to keep contaminants out.

    Plastic caps are used to:
    • Keep contaminants out
    • Colour code greasing points based on type & frequency of greasing

    Designed with an inbuilt collar, these are most convenient in use & fit directly onto the greasing end of the fitting

    Made from a special plastic, these adjust to minor variations in fitting head diameter, as well as variations in temperature & practically fit all standard fittings designed for use with jaw type couplers
