Tire Balancing Beads

ESCO Tire Balancing Beads are an eco-friendly alternative to balance tires for the life of the tire. ESCO Tire balancing beads consist of thousands of uniquely designed ceramic beads that will automatically adjust to the imbalance of the tire based on the principle of centrifugal force. The beads naturally find the unbalanced side of the tire and gather together to create a counter-weight that balances the tire regardless of changes in the tire weight due to normal conditions. When standard lead or steel wheel weights are applied to the rim, they’re placed in a fixed position that is opposite of the imbalanced side of the tire. As tires wear, those wheel weights are still in the same position. With ESCO Tire Balancing Beads, this process is done internally just the same as standard wheel weights. The big difference is ESCO Tire Balancing Beads balance the tire for the life of the tire and adapt as the outside rubber of the tire wears down with time. As tires wear, the beads automatically shift to the exact position needed for a perfect balance. ESCO Tire Balancing Beads come as a complete case of 24 individual bags of 3 oz. tire balancing beads. To determine the amount of beads to use, simply locate desired tire size on the application chart. Only 1 bag of beads is needed per tire. Installation is simple, place the inner bag of beads inside the tire and the balancing is done. ESCO Tire Balancing Beads are reusable and are Eco-Friendly.
