Gates Nylon Sleeves Perform a Dual Role: First, They Provide Excellent Abrasion Resistance to Protect Individual Hose; Second, They Can be Used to Bundle Several Hose Assemblies Together for Maximum Protection.


  • Specifically, Thousands of Tiny Nylon Filaments, Woven Into the Texturized Yarn, "friz" Into a Self-Renewing Shield That is Extremely Resistant to Severe Abrasion.
  • Downtime & Maintenance Costs Are Reduced. These Nylon Sleeves Are Unique Because They Form an Extra Protective Layer Against Abrasive Forces.
  • MSHA Flame-Resistance Approved. Add .125 in. for Installation.
  • NOTE: Be Sure to Heat the Cut Edges of the Nylon Hose Sleeve. You May Have to Use a Banded Clamp or Nylon Tie to Fasten the Sleeve Securely.
  • Do Not Use the Nylon Sleeve Where Ambient Temperatures Exceed 250 Deg. F.
  • Operating Temperature: -40F- 250F
