MAHLE replacement pin bushings are designed for small-end con rod applications using bronze bushings from the factory. They may be solid bronze or steel backed bronze depending on the application
Replacement pin bushings match the OE in material and construction, but are supplied semi-finished and must be reamed or honed to size after installation.
MAHLE pin bushings, unless specified otherwise, are a copper/lead alloy also known as "Bronze" and are equivalent to OE parts.
Provides fatigue resistance, strength and conformability.
