Loctite 609 is a low-viscosity, rapid-curing anaerobic adhesive designed for bonding cylindrical fitting parts, such as bushings, bearings, and sleeves. It enhances the strength of press-fit or slip-fit assemblies with up to 0.006 inches in diametral clearance, providing a shear strength of approximately 2,300 psi. The adhesive cures fully in 24 hours and is available in a 10 ml bottle.
