Right Outer Intermediate Axle Shaft

On certain 4WD Ram 1500 and Ram 1500 Classic pickups, the right front intermediate CV shaft is prone to spline failure. This typically happens when the CV axle slides past its retaining ring, and the intermediate shaft splines are ruined soon after. This Dorman OE FIX right front intermediate CV shaft eliminates the need to buy an entire differential or use salvage yard parts to repair a failed CV shaft. The OE intermediate shaft is not available as an individual part, and the only way to get a new one is to order a complete new front differential assembly or go to a salvage yard. This OE FIX shaft directly replaces a failed CV shaft, restoring function to the truck's front differential. This CV shaft also includes bearings, clips, and seals for an effective repair.
