CCV Diaphragm Repair Kit

The diesel engine on certain Ford Super Duty trucks has a large and complex air separator box assembly on the engine that filters crankcase blowby gasses before they are re-introduced back into the engine intake. On this type of engine system, the PCV valve diaphragm becomes clogged with oil and carbon deposits, leading the air separator assembly to fail. This causes excessive crankcase pressure, resulting in oil leaks, high idle and a decrease in engine performance. This Dorman OE FIX PCV valve diaphragm replaces just the diaphragm instead of the whole separator assembly to reduce cost and downtime of the truck.
