BedRug

I live in MN and received this in January, so pretty cold out (20 degrees). I learned two things after I purchased it and it was delivered: - In order to install the velcro strips it needs to be at least 60 degrees (I don't remember seeing that online when I ordered) - I have a 2026 Ridgeline with a "trunk" under the bed floor, my model came in two pieces (Yea!) so you can easily open the trunk area - I don't recall this in the description online - but I like the way it was designed. Even though I can't install the velcro fasteners, I installed the mats. The one by the cab has a couple slits that fit over the metal tie down cleats - that really helps center it perfectly and hold it down. The piece near the tailgate fits nicely, but I can't fasten it until it warms up. I can then install the 4 velcro strips that will hold both mats down firmly, should be very easy. (I have no fear of the tailgate piece flying out as I also installed tonneau cover.) Since it was cold when these were delivered, after I laid them in the truck bed properly, I put some pieces of plywood I had to get them to lay flat - after a few hours it perfect. I love that I can now crawl and it doesn't hurt my knees, and when I put something in the back by the tailgate it doesn't slide around - I put my golf bag in there to go to the dome to hit balls and they don't move around, and they don't get banged around. I like that with velcro I can pull it up if I need to haul dirt or rock. So far I really like it, time will tell how durable it is.

A friend talked me into adding a BedRug to my new truck. Great option depending on how you use the bed of your truck! The floor piece is contoured to fit the ribs of the bed so it levels out your cargo area and gives objects something flat to sit on. They wont slide around as easily. I run a rollup bed cover most of the time so the bedrug should keep some of the metal vibration noise down. It will be easier on luggage and cargo while protecting the bed of the truck including the fender humps, sides and front face of the bed. I spent a little extra time cutting out for my bed rails but makes the load surface less interrupted by them. Fit, Finish and quality of the BedRug is EXCELLENT.
